Throughout his career, he's served as a president, CEO, owner, executive vice president, CFO, sales leader, and operations executive.

Leading teams, managing P&L responsibilities, and improving cash flow, Butch has helped many organizations perform at a higher level.

His perspective was earned in boardrooms, on production floors, and through decades of making tough decisions where results mattered.

Most recently, Butch owned and led W4 Graphics.

Here, he transformed a company carrying more than $600,000 in debt into a profitable, debt-free operation before successfully selling the business in 2026. Along the way, he increased profitable sales by 40 percent, reduced Days Sales Outstanding from 65 to 38, and implemented strategies that improved both revenue and long-term customer relationships.

Previously, as Vice President of Operations for JD Moody Finishing, Butch helped orchestrate one of the company's most significant turnarounds—growing revenue from $1.7 million with a loss to more than $5 million in revenue and a substantial profit within a single year. He also led operational improvements, acquisitions, procurement initiatives, and strategic partnerships that fueled long-term growth.

During his decade at Premier Mats, Butch held executive leadership roles spanning finance, operations, and sales. He helped grow the business from $2.2 million to $6.5 million while maintaining a strong bottom line and leading teams through expansion, process improvements, and market growth initiatives.
